Energy Conservation
As part of a larger national effort to conserve energy consumption within the manufactoring sector, Lucky Zone made the decision to switch to clean energy using electricity from renewable sources. We have also upgraded our factory & office standards to use energy saving equipment & practices.
Material Sourcing
We partner with our China-based mills to provide our customers with certified, sustainable raw materials for use in manufacturing. We currently supply recycled polyester content yarns for our cold weather accessories & Repreve® recycled polyester fabrics for our hunting programs. We have shifted to incorporate GRS certification.
Vendor Partnerships
We have employed the Higg Index Facility Environmental Module (FEM) to assess ourselves and the sustainability efforts of our manufacturing partners. The Higg Index FEM has 7 categories to review sustainable performance: Water use, emissions, wastewater, chemical management, environmental management systems, energy & GHG emissions and waste management.
